Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The Client must provide written notice of cancellation to Gourmet Graze at least 28 days before the Event date. Any cancellation made more than 28 days prior will result in the loss of the deposit, which is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 28 days before the Event, the Client shall be liable to pay the full amount of the booking. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the unlikely event that Gourmet Graze cancels the booking, any deposits paid will be refunded in full, and the Client will be notified promptly.

INSURANCE
Gourmet Graze maintains full Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance. If the Client provides their own equipment, the above insurance will not cover such items. It is highly recommended that the Client or Venue arranges adequate insurance coverage for all equipment, stock, or personnel not supplied by Gourmet Graze.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the Event date. If the Event is scheduled within less than 30 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via BACS, credit, or debit card. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without liability on Gourmet Graze’s part.

ACCESS, LOADING, AND PARKING
The Client must provide suitable access for loading and unloading, including vehicle registration details if required. Access must be as close as possible to the Event location and free from obstructions. Any stairs or lifts must be communicated at the time of booking. The Client is responsible for any parking charges incurred during the Event and should advise Gourmet Graze of these charges for invoicing or payment at the time of booking.

CHARGES AND COLLECTION OF DEBTS
Outstanding payments overdue beyond 30 days will be passed to a debt collection agency or solicitors. The Client agrees to pay all costs related to debt recovery, including legal and court fees, interest, and expenses incurred.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Gourmet Graze shall not be liable for delays, damages, loss, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather, transport issues, or vendor supply problems. Gourmet Graze is not responsible for any damages to property or personal injury unless caused directly by its negligence. The Client must ensure the Event area is suitable for setup and safe for all attendees.

EVENT SETUP AND PROVISIONS
The setup process will take approximately 1 hour for styling and 1-3 hours to transform the table as per the package. The Client or Venue must provide appropriate tables and space, and the area must be kept cool and protected from elements if outdoor. Food may safely be left out for approximately 4 hours; any leftover food is at the Client's risk, and Gourmet Graze accepts no responsibility for waste or spoilage.

MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
Gourmet Graze reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the terms and conditions where necessary. Any such changes will be communicated promptly to the Client.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Client’s acceptance of a deposit or full payment signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • These Terms supersede any previous agreements, whether written or oral.

  • Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

  • Any contractual disputes must be notified in writing within seven days of the Event.
